A bearing construction is so constituted that it can bear a water discharge head 50 on a water discharge pipe 30. A joint member 60 separated from the water discharge pipe 30 and water discharge head 50, mounted to the water discharge pipe 30 in a turnable manner by a specific angle and, at the same time, fixed to the water discharge head 50 in a state incapable of being rotated is used, and the water discharge head 50 is borne in a turnable manner.
