A bearing construction is so constituted that it can bear a water discharge head 50 on a water discharge pipe 30. A joint member 60 separated from the water discharge pipe 30 and water discharge head 50, mounted to the water discharge pipe 30 in a turnable manner by a specific angle and, at the same time, fixed to the water discharge head 50 in a state incapable of being rotated is used, and the water discharge head 50 is borne in a turnable manner. For example, an interlocking projection R of the joint member 60 is interlocked with an interlocking recess of the water discharge head 50, and the joint member 60 is incapable of being rotated to the water discharge head 50. The joint member 60 can be fixed to the water discharge head 50 with a holding member 70 holding the joint member 60.
