Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enhance cooling effect with low cost structure of a bearing cooler for a full closed outside fan type electric rotary machine by a method wherein radial cooling fins are protruded on the end face of end bracket on the load side, and a wind guide cover to guide a wind flowing from the outside circumference of outside frame of a stator is provided. CONSTITUTION:The radial cooling fins 14 are protruded on the surface of the end cover 4 on the load side as to surround the protruding part of a bearing cover 12 placing a ventilating gap 13 between them. Moreover to guide the cooling wind flowing from outside fans 8 and passing on the outside circumference of the stator frame 1 toward the surface of end cover on the load side, the wind guide cover 16 having an opening part 17 on one side and a closed part 18 on the other side is fixed to the end cover 4 on the load side. Accordingly the interference of cooling wind with each other is not generated, and cooling effect can be enhanced.
