This bearing cooling-water cooler system 1 for cooling bearing cooling water with seawater, includes: a bearing cooling-water cooler 10 including a seawater inlet section, a bearing cooing-water chamber receiving a cooling pipe in which the seawater of the seawater inlet section passes, a seawater outlet section for discharging the seawater passing through the cooing pipe, a bearing cooling-water inlet section for introducing the bearing cooling-water to a cooling section, and a bearing cooling-water outlet section for discharging the bearing cooling-water of the bearing cooling-water chamber; a first flow channel for introducing the seawater from the seawater inlet section and discharging the same from the seawater outlet section; a second flow channel for introducing the seawater from the seawater outlet section and discharging the same from the seawater inlet section; and an information processing device for controlling opening/closing of a first on-off valve 2, a second on-off valve 3, a third on-off valve 4 and a fourth on-off valve 5. The information processing device controls the opening and closing of the on-off valves 2-5 to alternately switch the first flow channel and the second flow channel, when it is determined that heat exchange efficiency by the bearing cooling-water cooler 10 is degraded.
