PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device which has stopped rotation of a metal bearing part with respect to a resin bearing housing and which has achieved elimination of pressure difference between the outside and inside of the bearing housing, and a motor which has improved assemblability by including the same.SOLUTION: On a cylinder hole wall surface of a resin bearing housing 2 and on an outer peripheral surface of a metal bearing part 6, recess grooves 6a and protrusions 2a extended in an axial direction in which they are recess-protrusion fitted with each other at a plurality of places in a circumferential direction are provided so that the number of the recess grooves 6a becomes larger than that of the protrusions 2a. The bearing part 6 is fitted toward the other end side cylinder hole bottom part 2l by positioning the recess grooves 6a and the protrusions 2a from one end opening 2k of the bearing housing 2, and the recess grooves 6a which are not used for recess-protrusion fitting are assembled by forming a gap part for communicating the inside of the cylinder hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
