Abstract:
To provide a bearing device capable of prolonging the bearing lifetime of a rotary shaft.
The bearing device 110 comprises a radial direction bearing 37 having a front side foil bearing 60 and a rear side foil bearing 70 arranged in the axial direction of a rotary shaft 82, and an axial direction bearing 51 having a magnetic bearing 50 performing the support in the axial direction opposite to a target part 24 provided on an outer circumferential surface 82a of the rotary shaft 82. Rolling bearings 13, 14 are provided on the front side foil bearing 60 and the rear side foil bearing 70 of a two-split structure, and locking parts 17, 18 are provided at the positions of end faces 13b, 14b on a drive motor 20 side of the rolling bearings 13, 14.
