Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of production by shaping a bearing boss part projected to the outside of a side plate on a cast block for bearing fixed on a transmission case to be detachable for making a mold small-sized and simple. CONSTITUTION:On a cast block 3 for bearing independently detachable from a transmission case 1, one or several bearing holes 5 are provided in one body to bear transmission shafts 4 contained in the transmission case 1. Besides, on this block 3, a boss 6 on which bearing holes 5' for transmission shafts 4 such as output/input shafts penetrated through a side plate 2 are bored is provided to project outward in one body. Since only the cast block 3 for bearing is shaped independently from the transmission case 1, the shape of a mold can be simplified and small-sized in comparison with the case to cast bearing holes and the boss in the transmission case itself in one body.
