A fixing part 19 is formed by protruding onto the inner side from the fitting part 11a in one section in the peripheral direction outward in the radial direction of the bottom part 11c, and a holding part 12 made of synthetic resin and incorporating a rotational speed sensor 20 is integrally connected with the fixing part 19. Marks are formed in the end part on the inner side of the outward member 5 and at a position corresponding to the rotational speed sensor 20 of a sensor holder 10, which is mounted on the outward member 5 by joining the positions of these marks together.
