To provide a bearing device for a wheel which is improved so as to directly suppressing the run-out of a disk brake by inhibiting the deformation of a flange.

A rotation side raceway member 2 of the bearing device 1 for the wheel includes a flange 3 having a bolt hole 5. The brake disk 7 and the wheel 8 are fixed on the flange 3 with a bolt 6 inserted in the bolt hole 5. A bushing 20 is fitted and fixed inside the bolt hole 5. The bushing 20 has a roughly cylindrical shape and the center axial direction length of the bushing 20 is shorter than the center axial direction length of an inner wall surface of the bolt hole 5. Since the bushing 20 is prevented from moving to the insertion direction of the bolt 6, the diameter of the bolt hole 5 at a disk brake side is narrowed and a narrow part 51 is formed. The bushing 20 is formed of brass.
