Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for a wheel capable of preventing generation of impression on a rolling surface, thereby preventing generation of foreign sound caused by the impression, and degradation of a bearing life.SOLUTION: In a bearing device 1 for a wheel including an inner member 3 composed of a hub wheel 4 having a small-diameter step portion 4a extended in an axial direction, and at least one inner ring 5 fitted to the small-diameter step portion 4a of the hub wheel 4, and provided with inner rolling faces 5a, 4d of double rows opposed to outer rolling faces 2c, 2d of double rows, on an outer periphery, the small-diameter step portion 4a is provided with a locking part 4b expanded to a radial outer side, an annular member 12 is disposed between the locking part 4b and the inner ring 5 in a state of being fitted to the small-diameter step portion 4a, and the annular member 12 has elastic property in an axial direction, and energizes the inner ring 5 to an outer side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
