To provide a bearing arrangement for wheels with a rotation speed detecting device, in which assembling work is improved by preventing a harness from hanging down during works, even with a long-scale harness.
The bearing arrangement for wheels with a rotation speed detecting device comprises a magnetic encoder 21 fitted outside an inner wheel 2, a sensor-attaching ring 16 installed at the end of an outer member 5, a rotation speed sensor 18 supported by the sensor-attaching ring 16 and arranged face to face with the encoder 21 and a harness 26 connected with the rotation speed sensor 18 at one end. The harness 26 is wired with the rotation speed sensor 18 via the attachment base 27 of synthetic resin, a coil shape protecting member 28, consisting of steel wire is coated around the outer surface of the attachment base 27 and constituted freely changing angle and maintaining a desired posture. As a result of this, the harness 26 is prevented from hanging down.
