Abstract:
To provide a bearing device with a power generation function incorporated with the power generation function in a bearing.SOLUTION: A bearing device with a power generation function includes: a rolling bearing which has a stationary ring having a first opposed surface, a rotary ring having a second opposed surface opposed to the first opposed surface and rotating with respect to the stationary ring, a rolling element placed between the first opposed surface and the second opposed surface, and a cage for holding the rolling element; first electrode and second electrode which are fixed with positions with respect to the stationary ring and are placed inside the rolling bearing; a third electrode which is fixed with a position with respect to the rotary ring and is placed inside the rolling bearing; and insulation films which are formed on surfaces of the first electrode and the second electrode. The third electrode is arranged so that a first distance to be a distance between the third electrode and the first electrode and a second distance to be a distance between the third electrode and the second electrode change accompanying rotation of the rotary ring with respect to the stationary ring. The phase of a time change of the first distance is shifted from the phase of a time change of the second distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
