Abstract:
To provide a bearing device with power generation function in which a power generation function is integrated inside of a bearing.SOLUTION: A bearing device with power generation function comprises: a rolling bearing including a stationary ring including a first opposing face, a rotary ring including a second opposing face which is opposed to the first opposing face, and being rotated with respect to the stationary ring, and a rolling body disposed between the first opposing face and the second opposing face; a first electrode and a second electrode of which the positions with respect to the stationary ring are fixed and which are disposed inside of the rolling bearing; a third electrode which is rotated with the rotation of the rotary ring with respect to the stationary ring and disposed inside of the rolling bearing; and an insulation film formed on surfaces of the first electrode and the second electrode. A plurality of dynamic pressure grooves each for generating a dynamic pressure between the third electrode and the insulation film are formed on at least one of the surface of the third electrode and the surface of the insulation film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
