Abstract:

To provide a bearing device with a synthetic resin pulley, preventing resin cracking of the synthetic resin pulley, radial gap clogging, generation of unusual sounds and the runout of a belt.

The bearing device for the synthetic resin pulley comprises an outer ring 1 and a phenol resin pulley 7 arranged on the outer periphery of the outer ring 1 and formed integrally therewith. In the bearing device with the synthetic resin pulley, a relationship 90≤(b/a)×100 is set, where (a) is the radial thickness of a raceway bottom portion of the outer ring 1 and (b) is the radial thickness of a cylindrical portion of the phenol resin pulley 7, fitted to the outer periphery of the outer ring, to prevent the rotation of the phenol resin pulley 7 relative to the outer ring 1 and resin cracking of the phenol resin pulley 7, and a relationship (b/a)×100≤200 is set to prevent radial gap clogging in a radial gap between a raceway ring and a ball 3.
