To reduce a burden on a worker at the time of grease feeding work, to inhibit a noise such as a squeak, a rattling sound generated at the time of turning of a bucket, etc., and to maintain a comfortable working environment.
In the bearing device for a hydraulic shovel, etc., a pair of bushes 15, 15 is attached to an arm boss 13 positioned at a tip end side of an arm 7 and respective brackets 14 of the bucket 8 are turnably connected to the respective bushes 15 by a connection pin 16. A spray coating of a hard material having rigidity and heat-resistance is carried out on an end surface 13B of the arm boss 13 and an end surface 14C of the bracket 14 to form spray coating films 19, 20. Surfaces of these spray coating films 19, 20 are constituted by projected/recessed surfaces capturing a lubricant such as a grease, etc., and retaining a gap between the spray coating films 19, 20 to the lubricated state.
