Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device in which an entire rotation resistance is minimized to extend a replacement cycle sufficiently even if a rotation of a bearing member is stopped due to progressing-in of foreign material such as dross and the like and in which no excessive load is applied to the bearing member to prevent the bearing member from being damaged even if a ceramic roll receives a force of an axial direction or inclines.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a bearing device stored in a metallic case 30 for a ceramics roll immersed in a molten metal plating bath comprising a plurality of ceramics bearing members 10 and a ceramics holder 20. Each of the bearing members 10 includes an outer ring 12 and an inner ring 13 rotatably holding a plurality of balls 11, the holder 20 fixes only the outer ring 12, the inner ring 13 is rotatable in respect to the outer ring 12 through the balls 11, an inner diameter of the inner ring 13 is larger than an outer diameter of the roll shaft part 42 by 0.1 mm or more, thereby the roll shaft part 42 can rotate and slide in an axial direction in respect to the inner ring 13 and the holder 20 is oscillatably supported.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1(a)
