Abstract:
To suppress a diameter growth deformation amount of a roller pivot pin in a contact region with a contact member, to prevent the contact region of the pin from interfering with the contact member, the pin attached to a support wall by caulking.SOLUTION: A bearing device is configured such that a roller 1 is rotatably pivoted at an intermediate part of a pin 3 via a needle 2a, an end part of the pin 3 passes through a hole 43 of a support wall 4, and the end part is subjected to diameter growth deformation by caulking and attached to the support wall 4. On an outer peripheral surface of the pin 3, a deformation suppression groove 33 is formed so as to extend in a circumferential direction, in order to block or reduce propagation of caulking force to a contact region 32 of the pin 3 brought into contact with the needle 2a in a pin length direction to suppress a diameter growth deformation amount of the contact region 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
