Abstract:
To provide a bearing device outputting, from a strain gauge, a signal capable of detecting preload and eccentricity.SOLUTION: A bearing device includes: a rotating shaft; a first rolling bearing and a second rolling bearing supporting the rotating shaft; a bearing housing for holding the first rolling bearing and the second rolling bearing; a cylindrical first gauge fixing member including a plurality of strain gauges detecting load of the first rolling bearing; and a cylindrical second gauge fixing member including a plurality of strain gauges detecting load of the second rolling bearing. Preload is applied to the first rolling bearing at the first gauge fixing member side, preload is applied to the second rolling bearing at the second gauge fixing member side, the first rolling bearing and the first gauge fixing member are disposed adjacent to each other in an axial direction of the rotating shaft so as to bring respective end faces thereof into contract with each other, and the second rolling bearing and the second gauge fixing member are disposed adjacent to each other in the axial direction of the rotating shaft so as to bring respective end faces thereof into contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
