Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate assembling and decomposition by providing an oil seal between an annular projection whose center portion is made cave and provided on a predetermined position of a bearing box, and a bearing member, and by making diameters of respective members to be predetermined ones. CONSTITUTION:An annular projection 40 whose center portion is made cave is integrally provided on a predetermined position of a bearing box 24, and a diameter of the cave of the projection 40 becomes (r) which is made larger than a diameter D of a rotary shaft 14. When outer diameter of an oil seal 3 is made G, the inner diameter is made (g), and the outer diameter G is made smaller than the inner diameter R of the bearing box 24 and the inner diameter (g) is made larger than the minimum diameter (d) of a shape end portion which is made tapered of the rotary shaft 14. And the oil seal 38 is inserted loosely into the bearing box 24 so as to be joined to the annular projection 40, and a bearing member 22 is injected to fix to the bearing box 24 at a predetermined position so that the oil seal 38 is positioned between the projection 40 and the bearing member 22.
