Abstract:
To perform adjustment for an optimal preload in accordance with shaft vibration characteristics.SOLUTION: A bearing device comprises: a pad 4 provided around a rotational shaft 2, and having bearing surfaces 4a facing each other along an outer peripheral surface 2a of the rotational shaft 2; a pivot 5 that supports the pad 4 so that the bearing surface 4a can be tilted in the circumferential direction of the rotational shaft 2; a lubricant supply unit 6 that supplies lubricant so that an oil film is formed between the outer peripheral surface 2a of the rotational shaft 2 and the bearing surface 4a of the pad 4; a lubrication pressure oil supply unit 7 that supplies lubrication pressure oil from a supply port 7b provided on the bearing surface 4a of the pad 4 to the space between the outer peripheral surface 2a of the rotational shaft 2 and the bearing surface 4a of the pad 4; and a control unit 8 that acquires shaft vibration of the rotational shaft 2, and controls a supply amount of the lubrication pressure oil by the lubrication pressure oil supply unit 7 based on the shaft vibration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
