Abstract:

To provide a bearing diagnosis method and system which eliminate the need of setting a threshold to simplify condition setting for measurement.

A diagnosis maximum amplitude value acquisition unit 29 acquires maximum amplitude values in m frequency bands from n pieces of diagnosis frequency analysis data to obtain n×m maximum amplitude values. A relative maximum amplitude ratio calculation unit 23 divides n maximum amplitude values in m frequency bands by reference average values in m frequency bands respectively to make n maximum amplitude values relative and thus calculates m×n relative maximum amplitude ratios. An existence rate calculation unit 125 calculates an existence rate of a frequency band to which a maximum value among m relative maximum amplitude ratios corresponding to n pieces of diagnosis divided frequency data respectively belongs to. A lifetime determination unit 127 determines a lifetime of a bearing in a rotating machine to be a diagnosis object, on the basis of a pattern existence rate.
