Abstract:
To provide a bearing diagnosing device and a bearing diagnosing method capable of diagnosing accurately, and continuously, a state of a bearing.SOLUTION: A bearing diagnosing device comprises: a magnetic sensor; and a vibration sensor, and diagnoses a state of a bearing which supports a rotary shaft of a drive part for circulation operating a facility appliance, and the bearing diagnosing device comprises: a bearing rotation period calculating part for calculating a rotation period of the bearing using a magnetic signal detected by the magnetic sensor; a natural frequency calculating part for calculating a natural frequency of the bearing; a diagnosing part for diagnosing a state of the bearing on the basis of the natural frequency of the bearing; an appliance vibration period calculating part for calculating an appliance vibration period being a period of the vibration which is generated repeatedly from the facility appliance other than the bearing, following the circulation operation; a vibration level determining part for, out of vibration signals detected by the vibration sensor, determining a level of the vibration signal other than the vibration signal corresponding to the appliance vibration period; and a scheduling part for changing a time zone detected by the magnetic sensor when the vibration level exceeds the prescribed vibration level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
