Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing technique for a fluid dynamic bearing which can prevent gas from being dissolved again into lubricating oil having been degasified by decompression in an oil tank and also has a supply amount of the lubricating oil easily controlled.SOLUTION: The inside of a chamber 20 where a bearing 90 is arranged is reduced in pressure. Consequently, the pressure in an oil tank 10 and the pressure in the chamber are made lower than the atmospheric pressure and placed in a state of fine differential pressure or no differential pressure. Then lubricating oil 9 is supplied from the oil tank into the chamber with the power of a liquid feed pump 30. Consequently, the lubricating oil is injected into the bearing in the chamber. By doing this, the lubricating oil can be supplied from the oil tank into the chamber while keeping substantially the same pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure, which can prevent gas from being dissolved again into the lubricating oil having been degasified by decompression in the oil tank. Further, the lubricating oil is supplied with driving force of the liquid feed pump, so a supply amount of the lubricating oil is easily controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
