Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the rotating fluctuation of a shaft by supporting the shaft by a thrust ball bearing and an oil-immersed bearing.
CONSTITUTION: The thrust load of a shaft 7 is supported by a thrust ball bearing 16, and the radial load of the shaft 7 is supported by an oil-immersed bearing 17. The bearing 16 has a pair of washers disposed perpendicularly to the shaft 7 at the end of the bearing 17 for supporting the shaft 7, and balls are held by retainers provided in the washers. The bearing 17 is disposed directly near the thrust ball bearing 16.
