To provide a bearing member which can easily raise a holding force for holding a rotating body, and a beauty vessel.SOLUTION: A bearing member M for making a shaft 20 rotatably support a rotating body 30 has a bearing main body 50 in which an insertion hole 54 inserted with the shaft 20 is formed, and which is rotatably held to the side face 20; and a lock part 52 supported to the bearing main body 50, and including a lock part 51 which is locked to a locked part 37 of the rotating body 30. Both end parts of the lock part 52 in an axial direction of the shaft 20 are formed into double-cantilevered shapes supported to the bearing main body 50, and elastically deflected to the inside of the shaft 20 of the bearing main body 50 in a radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
