Title:
BEARING AND MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10131967
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a bearing capable of improving its durability and a motor having the bearing thus formed, by suppressing consumption of lubricating oil without increasing friction resistance of a rotary shaft.

A stepping motor is mainly constituted by a stator, rotor, bottom plate, mounting plate, pair of bearings, holder, and lead screw set up in a rotary shaft of the rotor. The bearing 9a, constituted by a sintered compact is a slide bearing used to be impregnated with lubricating oil, to have a shaft support part 91 provided with an internal peripheral surface 911 supporting the rotary shaft of the rotor and a bearing fixing part 92 fixing the bearing 9a to a support part of the holder. A diameter of the internal peripheral surface 911 is almost fixed along an axial direction, and made in minimum size of an internal diameter of the bearing 9a. The bearing fixing part 92 has a tapered part 93 formed with a tapered surface 931 in an internal peripheral side.
