Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press in a spherical bearing including an inner ring and an outer ring in a press-in hole formed at a member to be pressed-in highly accurately and efficiently.SOLUTION: A bearing press-in device 100 includes: an inner ring alignment member 20 having a shaft center coinciding with a shaft center 2e of a press-in hole 2c of a member 2 to be pressed-in, and having a shaft-like part 23 slidably fitted in an inner periphery of an inner ring 1a and for aligning a shaft center 1c of the inner ring 1a to the shaft center 2e of the press-in hole 2c; an outer ring alignment member 40 movable in the vertical direction, having a shaft center coinciding with the shaft center 2e of the press-in hole 2c, and having a cylindrical part 42 slidably fitted in an outer periphery of an outer ring 1b and for aligning the shaft center 1d of the outer ring 1b to the shaft center 2e of the press-in hole 2c; a body part 331 in which a fit-in hole 333 is formed in which the shaft-like part 23 is slidably fitted, and in which the outer ring alignment member 40 is slidably fitted in on the outer periphery in the vertical direction; and a pressing member 32 formed at a lower end of the body part 331, having a pressing part 332 for pressing the outer ring 1b and movable in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
