Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a low-cost bearing ring as part of a radial ball bearing which does not require so high rotating accuracy, while securing practically sufficient accuracy.
The bearing ring such as an outer ring 2a as part of the radial ball bearing is manufactured only by substantially applying plastic working to a highly accurate material 8a having the same volume as the bearing ring. The yield of the material is improved and working processes are simplified without the need for cutting work.
