Abstract:
PURPOSE: To overcome a severe condition having, for example, such a disadvantage that a sufficient sealability cannot be obtained due to a fitting condition such as a certain rotational speed range, a certain range of temperature, a certain external environment or the like since the degree of freedom is extremely less in a stamped bearing.
CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing plate secured thereto with a sealing material is stamped with the use of a press punch so as to obtain an outer peripheral side ring 4 having a seal ring whose peripheral edge is projected from the reinforcing ring made of the reinforcing plate. Further, an inner peripheral ring 5 having a seal lip b4 molded from an elastic material, at the inner periphery of a reinforcing ring having a diameter smaller than that of the outer peripheral ring 4 is integrally incorporated with the inner peripheral ring 5.
