Abstract:
To provide a bearing structure for a crankshaft for allowing the mounting of an inner ring divided into a plurality of parts to a shaft part of the crankshaft while suppressing an increase in the manufacturing cost, and additionally for enabling the creep suppression of the inner ring with respect to the shaft part.SOLUTION: A bearing structure for a crank journal 23 for connecting a pair of crank arms 21 adjacent to each other in the axial direction, out of a plurality of crank arms 21 of a crankshaft 2, includes an inner ring 3 consisting of a pair of inner ring members 30, and a plurality of rollers 4 for rolling on an outer peripheral face 3a of the inner ring 3. The crank journal 23 has an outer peripheral face 23a at least part of which is formed as an outer peripheral conical surface inclined to the axial direction, and the inner ring 3 has an inner peripheral conical surface on an inner peripheral face 3b, opposed to the outer peripheral conical surface of the crank journal 23 and inclined in the axial direction. With the inner ring members 30 pushed against one crank arm 21, friction force is generated between the axial end face of each inner ring member 30 and the receiving surface of one crank arm 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
