Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance the durability of a bearing while securing the favorable rotation of a shaft or a cam.SOLUTION: A bearing structure 1 for rotatably supporting a cam comprises a housing 4 having a support hole 3 into which the cam 2 is inserted, and a bearing 5 arranged between an internal peripheral face of the support hole and an external peripheral face of the cam. The housing comprises a pair of housing halved bodies which are divided in a peripheral direction, and peripheral end faces of a pair of the housing halved bodies abut on each other in a pair of housing abutment parts. The bearing comprises a pair of bearing halved bodies which are divided in a peripheral direction, end faces of a pair of the bearing halved bodies in the peripheral direction oppose each other in a pair of bearing opposing parts, and a pair of the bearing opposing parts are located between a pair of the housing abutment parts with respect to the peripheral direction. Resin layers are arranged between an internal peripheral face of the support hole around a pair of the bearing opposing parts and the external peripheral face of the bearing without arranging the resin layers between the internal peripheral face of the support hole around a pair of the bearing opposing parts and the external peripheral face of the bearing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
