Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform a friction test by attaching a bearing as it is to a regular friction test device having a structure such that a test piece is loaded and rotated while being pressed against an abrasion surface.SOLUTION: A bearing shaft is provided that connects between an inner ring of a test object bearing attached to a housing and a main shaft of a test device. Since the bearing is tested under a state of being fallen into a recess in the housing, in order to take it out, an extraction jig is installed at a bottom of the recess. The fallen bearing in the recess can be taken out by passing a screw to be engaged with a female screw turned off at a center through a center hole of the bearing to screw it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
