Abstract:
To simplify assembly procedure of multiple components attached to a shaft to facilitate assembly work of the multiple components.SOLUTION: A bearing unit 10 includes: a thrust damper 20 which may expand and contract in an axial direction of a shaft 2A disposed within a gear box 4 and restricts movement to one axial side; a shaft receiving component 30 which is held on the thrust damper 20 from the other axial side of the thrust damper 20; a metal holder 50 which holds the shaft receiving component 30 in a manner that enables the shaft receiving component to be removed in the axial direction; and an oilless metal 40 which is held by the metal holder 50 and disposed at the other side of the shaft receiving component 30. The thrust damper 20, the shaft receiving component 30, the metal holder 50, and the oilless metal 40 are integrated before the bearing unit is assembled into the gear box 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
