Abstract:
PURPOSE: To measure small vibration by directly detecting vibration of a bearing by a vibration sensor but not through a bearing fixing part.
CONSTITUTION: A bearing 11 is provided with a vibration measuring terminal 2, and this bearing 11 is installed in a bearing fixing part 4. Thereafter, an extension part 3 is installed in a screw hole 2a for vibration measurement of the vibration measuring terminal 2 from an extension part installation hole 5, and by installing a vibration sensor 6 in a screw hole 3a for the vibration sensor 6 of the extension part 3, vibration of the bearing 1 is directly detected.
