Title:
BEARING WITH WIRELESS SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006170624
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a bearing with a wireless sensor hardly generating a damage of a magnetic encoder caused by biting of massive dust or sand particles or the like, capable of acquiring a strong magnetic force in the magnetic encoder, and detecting with high reliability.

A rolling bearing 100 is provided with a rotation sensor 4, and a wireless transmission means 24 for transmitting wirelessly an output from the rotation sensor 4. The rotation sensor 4 comprises the magnetic encoder 15 mounted on a member 2 on the rotation side between an outward member 1 and an inward member 2, and a magnetic sensor 16 mounted on a member 1 on the fixed side oppositely to the magnetic encoder 15. The magnetic encoder 15 comprises a multipolar magnet 21 on which magnetic poles are formed alternately in the circumferential direction, and a core bar 22 for supporting the multipolar magnet 21. The multipolar magnet 21 is a sintered body formed by sintering mixed powder of magnetic powder and nonmagnetic metal powder.
