To provide a bearing capable of coping with a rotating displacement produced between an upper structure and a lower structure and also coping with a large extraction load and a horizontal load.
A side wall member 3 forming a cylindrical internal space opened downward is installed on the upper structure, and a columnar base pot 7 stored in the internal space is installed on the lower structure. The side wall member 3 comprises a circumferential inward projected part 3a on the lower inside thereof, and the base pot 7 comprises a circumferential outward projected part 7a on the upper outside thereof. These inner projected part 3a and the outer projected part 7a are fitted to each other in a locked state, and a compression rubber 9 and a sliding member 10 are installed on the upper part of the base pot 7. Since the inward projected part 3a is fitted to the outward projected part 7a, a force is dispersed when an extraction force or a horizontal force is applied thereto. Since the fitted portion is formed in a ring shape, the bearing can be used when the rotating displacement is produced between the upper structure and the lower structure.
