Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably inactivate a guide surface with respect to a lubricant so as to surely prevent generation of specific separation by reforming the guide surface so as to promote reaction between the guide surface and inactivation agent.
SOLUTION: Sb compound as inactivation agent for inactivating rolling surfaces 9, 10 with respect to grease 8 is mixed with the grease 8, and the rolling surfaces 9, 10 are reformed by oxidizer as reaction promoting agent so as to promote the rolling surfaces 9, 10 to react with the Sb compound as the inactivation agent. The rolling surfaces 9, 10 are smoothly reacted with the inactivation agent to inactivate with respect to the grease 8, and the grease 8 is not decomposed by a catalyst action of the rolling surfaces 9, 10 so as to surely prevent generation of specific separation.
