PURPOSE: To obtain a beautifying and whitening cosmetic, containing L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate magnesium salt, a nonionic surfactant and electrolyte in respective specific amounts together, capable of preventing formation of films and enhancing percutaneous absorbability and having high safety.
CONSTITUTION: A beautifying and whitening cosmetic, obtained by blending 0.1W10.0wt.% nonionic surfactant and 0.5W5.0wt.% electrolyte as essential ingredients with a beautifying and whitening cosmetic containing 0.1W10.0wt.% L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate magnesium salt (A.P.) having excellent beautifying and whitening effects as an essential ingredient and capable of preventing formation of films even by blending the A.P. in a high concentration, promoting percutaneous absorption of the A.P. and sufficiently exhibiting the beatifying and whitening effects of the A.P. with high safety.
