PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beauty appliance including a foaming device that can generate a desired amount of foam, is easily handled and cleaned, and is suitable for beauty use.SOLUTION: A beauty appliance (1B) comprises a foaming device (30) that foams a facial cleanser (CL) placed in a foaming container (13). The foaming device (30) comprises: a rotating plate (31) that is arranged in the foaming container (13) and rotates around a rotating shaft (21); and a brush body (23) that is supported by and fixed to a lid body (14) and slides on the rotating plate (31) on which the facial cleanser (CL) is placed, when the rotating plate (31) rotates.
