Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-supporting clean room unit installed in an existing building.SOLUTION: The clean room unit comprises a machine room 1 in which an air conditioner main body and the like are installed, a front room 3 which is an entrance space adjacent to the machine room 1, and in a working room 2 and between the front room 3 and the work room 2, a first blocking chamber 4 and a second blocking chamber 5 separating the chambers is installed, and an air conditioner 26 having an air flow adjustment plate 30 is attached to the ceiling of the work chamber 2, and the air conditioner 26 is provided with an opening/closing means for enabling the air conditioner cover 27 to be removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
