PURPOSE: To facilitate the fitting or removing operation of a bed accessory to or from a bed by loosely fitting one end of a second engaging piece to a fitting bar which has been vertically provided on the underside of a first engaging piece, and also by forming a second fitting region in which a fitting support member is freely accessible in the vertical direction.

CONSTITUTION: One or a plurality of first engaging piece or pieces 4 whose ends have been bent downward are projectedly provided in the lateral direction on the inside of a bed accessory 5, and a fitting bar 6 is vertically provided on the underside of the first engaging piece 4 of the accessory 5, and one end of a second engaging piece 7 is loosely fitted to the fitting bar 6, and also a spring 8 is provided between the second engaging piece 7 and the lower end of the fitting bar 6 so as to energize the second engaging piece 7 in the upward direction by the spring 8. The other end of the second engaging piece 7 is extended in the lateral direction on the inside of the accessory 5, and the end thereof is bent upward to form, on its upper side, a second fitting space (9) in which a fitting support member 2 is freely accessible in the vertical direction. Further, the end of the second engaging piece 7 is appropriately extended obliquely downward to form an underside guide part 10 for the fitting support 2.
