To operate support frames to make the posture of a user for the user to easily stand up in a bed allowing the user to raise the back of the user and, structured to be in a chair state by storing a leg support frame under a lumbar support frame.
The lumbar support frame is structured so that the upward/downward rotation of the lumbar support frame is actuated as a cam plate fixed to the lower surface of the lumbar support frame abuts to a connection pipe of a base frame. This state of the lumbar support frame can be changed to a horizontally supporting state or to a supporting state in a forward inclined posture when the bed is in the chair state by pivotally attaching an auxiliary cam plate to the front of the cam plate in such a way as rotatable between a concealed state in the cam plate as seen from a side and a projecting state from the front end of the cam plate to be brought into contact with the connection pipe.
