A bed unit 11 and a desk unit 13 have the same length and width. Holes are formed on vertical face of four vertical members that serve as the bed legs of the bed unit 11 and by connecting these holes with corresponding holes formed on a vertical face of four vertical members that serve as the legs of the desk unit 13 with rod materials, the bed unit 11 and the desk unit 13 are connected vertically.
