To provide a bed device which prevents a mattress from being shifted in the width direction on the upper face of a floor board body.
The bed device includes the floor board body 7 provided on the upper face of a bed body, the mattress 14 placed on the upper face of the floor board body, and a shift preventing means 15 for preventing the mattress from being shifted in the width direction on the upper face of the floor board body. The shift preventing means includes: a storage part 17 which has a slit 19 opening toward the upper face formed on one end; a holding body 16 in which the storage part is provided toward outward in the width direction of the mattress; a shift preventing member 21 which is passed through the slit and movably provided in the vertical direction in the storage part; and a spring 24 which is provided in the storage part and elastically energizes upwardly the shift preventing member so that the upper part of the shift preventing member may be positioned to face the side face in the width direction of the mattress.
