PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden applied to a waist part of a person lying down on his face by holding a movable floor part arranged in a lengthwise directional central part of a bed frame at an optional angle by rotating it within a prescribed range.
SOLUTION: When the lower dead center of a cam 16 arranged on a rotary shaft 15 comes into contact with a contact member 17 arranged on an under surface of a movable floor part 6c, the movable floor part 6c becomes almost horizontal, and a mattress 41 is put in a flat condition. When the rotary shaft 15 is rotated by an operation lever 27, the cam 16 eccentrically rotates. Then, the movable floor part 6c rotates upward with a support shaft 18 as a fulcrum. A turning angle of this movable floor part 6c becomes maximum in the upper dead center of the cam 16. A lengthwise directional central part of the mattress 41 curves upward in a projecting shape according to a rise by a rotational rise in this movable floor part 6c. Therefore, a waist part K of a user lying down on his face is supported by a curved part of this mattress 41, and a burden of the waist part K is reduced. A turning angle of the rotary shaft 15 is held at an optional angle by a brake drum 22 and a brake shoe of a holding mechanism 21.
