PURPOSE: To provide a bed capable of freely taking a posture lying prostrate and a posture lying face up for a male heavy hemiplegic patient and performing urination in the posture lying prostrate.

CONSTITUTION: This bed is the one in which a frame 2 is mounted on a bed frame 1 and capable of being used by placing a mat 3 on the frame 2, and the frame 2 is formed in such a way that an upper part 4, a middle part 5 and a lower part 6 are separated and connected foldably interlocking mechanically, and pairs of symmetric right and left head holes 7 and urination holes 8 are performed on the upper part 4 and the middle part 5 of the frame 2, respectively. Covers 9a, 9b can be mounted on those head holes 7 and urination holes 8, and urination vessels 10 whose upper planes are opened can be loaded/ unloaded on the urination holes 8. Moreover, the mat 3 can be folded along the frame 2, and a head hole 7a and a urination hole 8a in accordance with the head hole 7 and the urination hole 8 of the frame 2 are formed on at least one side. Also, the head hole 7a and the urination hole 8a are formed so as to form a uniform plane by fitting mat pieces 11a, 11b in the head hole 7a and the urination hole 8a of the mat 3.
