To provide a bed material separating device of a fluidized bed gasification furnace, and a bed material circulating mechanism comprising the same, capable of separating a bed material and incombustibles without problems such as clogging, having high classifying efficiency, and improving a yield rate of the bed material.
In this bed material separating device for separating the bed material from a mixture of the incombustible discharged from an incombustible discharging device of the fluidized bed gasification furnace and the bed material, a classifying plate 25 is disposed in a casing, the mixture is transferred and the bed material is separated by adding the vibration in the oblique direction, to the classifying plate 25, a number of holes 25a are formed on the classifying plate to classify the bed material, and a wire member 25b hung between two adjacent holes 25a is mounted on the approximately whole or partial face of the classifying plate 25.
