PURPOSE: To provide the bed for medical treatment capable of properly changing the contact points of a bed with a human body and effectively preventing a bedsore.

CONSTITUTION: A bed plate 16 having a prescribed width and plural moving mats consisting of mats 17 are disposed on a frame body 1 to constitute a bed part to be laid with bedding. The ends on the counter hinge side which is the counter joint side of the respective movable mats are vertically moved by mat moving means consisting of jacks 10 and motors 12. The respective movable pats are thereby vertically turned around the hinges which are the joint parts to the frame body 1.
