Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a board on the head side or on the leg side of the bed be concurrently used as side fence.
SOLUTION: Mobile boards 2 and 3 are arranged on the head side or on the foot side of the bed 1 and the mobile boards 2 and 3 are so arranged to turn the bodies 4 thereof to the side of the length-wise end part of a frame 6 and to the side of the bed 1 separately with a moving support mechanism 5. The moving support mechanism 5 has base shafts 8 rotatably fitted respectively into both leg pipes 7 and 7 arranged separately at corner parts of the frame 6 and rotary stays 9 are connected to upper parts of the respective base shafts 8 while the board bodies 4 are mounted on the respective rotary stays 9 through a board support position adjusting means 10.
