When a slide shaft 102 is elongated and a sheath 101 is matched with lock holes 104 and 104a of the slide shaft 102, a lock piece 107 is pushed into the matched lock holes 104 and 104a by the repulsive force of a spring 109 and locks the slide shaft 102 so that a holder 106 on the terminal part of the slide shaft 102 is positioned outside the side face of a bottom. When the slide shaft 102 is contracted by unlocking, the holder 106 on the terminal part of the slide shaft 102 is positioned inside the side face of the bottom.
