Abstract:
PURPOSE: To arrange stool at the most suitable place in linking with the movement of a mat by shifting upward a connection end of the first part for discharge when the second rear portion is rocked upward and by moving the second part for discharge along with a toilet bowl toward the rear part of a bed, which then makes a stool exposed at an opening part of seperation between the front and rear portion of the mat.
CONSTITUTION: A stool 4 is equipped underneath a place of seperation between the front portion 1 and the rear portion of a mat by making the front portion 1 of the mat which is placed on the bed base 1, movable from horizontal position to erected one supporting the upper half of the patient's body. The rear portion comprises of the first rear portion 2a and the second rear portion 2b, which is connected by an axis with the first rear portion 2a and is made rockable upward. Then, the stool 4 is comprised of the first seat part 10a, one end of which is connected with rocking end of the second rear portion 2b, the second seat part 10b which holds the waist part of the patient's body and also is able to slide in the horizontal direction on the bed base with its one end fixed by an axis to the non rockable end of the second rear portion 2b, and the toilet bowl 12 which can be moved in the horizontal direction of the bed and fixed to the second seat part 10b.
